Coastal38 began with a simple conviction: that the finest seafood deserves a setting worthy of it. Not a grand, impersonal dining hall — but a warm, intimate room where the food is the star and every guest feels at home.
The Beginning
Coastal38 opened its doors with a singular focus: to serve the finest seafood with the care and intention it deserves. The name is a nod to our founder's African heritage. It is estimated that 38 of the continent's countries are coastal, including the founder's ancestral homeland. The coast is in the blood.
Today, Coastal38 is a place for celebrations, for date nights, for the kind of dinner you remember long after the plates are cleared. We are proud to be part of the Roswell community, and grateful for every guest who has made this table their own.
